Shipping and Returns

We will do its utmost to ship the products quickly while maintaining product quality and packaging until the arrival at the customer.

In addition, each order having product from Alona Shechter will be sent via EMS PLATINUM service, or by EMS standard, depending on the location of the recipient. The service is door to door. Although the service is door to door, there may be instances where this is not possible. In such circumstances, delivery will be made to the recipient's mailbox. Orders will be dispatched 2 working days after receipt of payment. The Company will make every effort to process and deliver all orders in the shortest possible time. However, the company cannot be held responsible for deliveries up to 21 days whereby no claim for a refund will be entertained.

Packages damaged or lost by the shipping company remains the responsibility of that company. The company has insurance cover on all consignments. Please note that cash refunds will only be allowed in cases of products being defective, broken, incomplete or damaged before delivery. Should customers wish to return a product for any other reason, it must be done within 30 days from the date of leaving the warehouse.
